We take care to represent our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, please note:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings

  • Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, slight variations in texture or finish may occur

These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including if:

  • A product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing or description error

  • We cannot verify your payment or delivery information

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

  • You agree to pay the total amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control

  • Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us. You may request a cancellation and full refund if we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time.

6. Returns and Consumer Guarantees

All Mono Sabi products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means our products are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy—repair, replacement, or refund—depending on the nature of the fault.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Mono Sabi's name, logo, and product designs are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

Mono Sabi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all purchases are made directly with Mono Sabi.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with us, including any products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your purchases.
