All orders are dispatched from our studio in Christchurch, New Zealand. We ship nationwide using NZ Post with standard delivery only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on destination and address type:

 

 

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Not sure if your address is rural?

NZ Post classifies addresses as urban or rural based on delivery routes. If you’re unsure, you can check your address using NZ Post’s Address & Postcode Finder. We trust customers to select the correct shipping option at checkout based on their address.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes:

• • 1–3 business days for South Island urban deliveries

  • 2–5 business days for North Island and rural deliveries

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to NZ Post processing times, weather events, or peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

If you're outside New Zealand and interested in our products, please get in touch—we may be able to arrange something.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with Pass the Parcel.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
